January 1, 2013 – Requests for exhibitor function space open

January 31, 2013 – Requests for exhibitor function space close

February 15-28 – Exhibitors notified of function space allocations

March 1 – May 15 – Late requests for function space handled if space still remains

May 15, 2013 – Last day for requesting function space 

Space Available for Meetings and Functions

SC13 has contracted 215,000 square feet of function space in hotels located within walking distance of the Colorado Convention Center.  This space will be made available to contracted SC13 exhibitors, on a priority points basis, in January, 2013.  If a company also submits a sleeping room block request (see Exhibitor Housing page), we will attempt to locate as many of those rooms as possible within the same hotel.  Function space obtained in this way involves no charge for space rental (since it is covered by the SC13 contracts), but it is expected that the exhibitor will purchase catering and/or AV through the hotel.

Remember that SC-arranged function space is popular.  Most of the “best” locations will be allocated in February, so plan to get your requests in on time!
