Housing for Exhibitor Sleeping Room Blocks
SC13 hotels are located in the downtown Denver area, with thousands of rooms within walking distance of the Colorado Convention Center. The conference assists exhibitors who need blocks of 10+ rooms through a special early-request process. Companies holding signed contracts for SC13 are invited to submit sleeping room block requests by the end of January. Sleeping room blocks are assigned to those companies in February, according to their accumulated exhibitor priority points.
Remember that SC-arranged hotel rooms are popular. The hotel reservation site will open for individual attendees on March 1, 2013, so plan to make your reservations early!
SC13 has only one authorized contractor for arranging hotel rooms: Orchid Event Solutions (OES). The conference is not responsible for hotels or rates offered by travel agents or other organizations who say they are speaking on behalf of SC13. To avoid potential problems with your reservation, please be sure to use the forms distributed by THC (request forms from the email address below).
