Abstract: Organic Photovoltaics (OPV) offer the promise of renewable energy in the future when used in solar cells. Supercomputer simulations utilizing coarse grain molecular dynamics allow for the study of materials and the important morphology which determines the efficiency of such devices. Overcoming the low efficiency compared with inorganic photovoltaic cells is an important area of research.
